Nate Yanez
Consulting is service where we are telling the client what to do based on our experience and expertise. We offer consulting for small business in the areas of operations, staffing, marketing, and finance, and for individuals for personal training, fitness, generalized nutrition, personal and spiritual development. We do not offer licensed nutrition advice or nutrition plans, but a holistic approach to nutrition and addressing behaviors around eating.
Cory Yanez
Coaching is a client centered partnership allowing for clients to learn new things about themselves, what is holding them back, and a strategy on action steps that offers accountability as they move toward specific goals they define. Outcomes include goal accomplishment, increased mental clarity and focus, a more hopeful and purpose-driven outlook on life, and belief that change is possible.
